Want to help? Got some gently used books to donate to a good cause? Look no further than Camas Books! We accept donations of all types of books, but would really appreciate any titles that support our decolonial, egalitarian mandate. (See our Principals of Unity to get an idea of what we’re all about.) We are a venue for many people’s introduction to anarchism and organizing, various social justice issues, including decolonization/anti-colonialism, feminism, queer/trans politics, racism/anti-racism, global currents, numerous philosophies, and so forth. We also hold space for literature, and fiction (incl. sci-fi), home and garden (Do It Yourself) as well as books for kids and youth. We do not accept magazine collections.
Currency
As a not-for-profit business, we cannot give tax receipts for cash donations, but we gratefully accept any extra funds you may want to channel in our direction. We have set up a series of PayPal subscriptions for our supporters to choose from. We also welcome direct e-transfers, if that is preferable. Please contact us with any other inquiries you may have.
